    Windwalker is a fast-growing, Boston-based contractor that provides exceptional training and professional service solutions to various federal and military clients. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to perform services on site with our client in Washington, DC


    Accordingly, Windwalker is looking for an applicant that will provide management support for the administration of the FOIA program. The contractor’s responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to, providing the following support for overarching services as listed below.


    • Develop and maintain a Work Breakdown Structure/Project Plan encompassing all tasks, using project management and FOIA expertise of best practices.
    • Provide logistical support for meetings, conferences and other scheduled/unscheduled interfaces. Logistical support includes, but is not limited to, meeting scheduling:  meeting coordination; action item tracking; meeting content documentation; and the creation and distribution of meeting related materials.
    • Implement methods to measure FOIA performance and results, including customer, program and GC satisfaction; Develop and implement a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure all deliverables provided under the contract are accurate and professionally presented.
    • Provide accurate and timely status reports to the FOIA Officer and Senior Management which include daily tasks and closures performed by contractor staff.
    • Review workload to ensure compliance with issued performance guidance. 1.1 DELIVERABLES • Work Breakdown Structure QCP • Status Reports

     Reports in response to DOE and other data calls (as required)

    • Directs completion of tasks within estimated time frames and budget
    • Provides guidance to project staff to ensure the quality
    • of deliverables.
    • Schedules and assigns duties to subordinates and subcontractors, and ensures assignments are completed as directed.
