    Windwalker is a fast-growing, Boston-based contractor that provides exceptional training and professional service solutions to various federal and military clients. We are seeking a Administrative Support applicant to perform services on site with our client in Washington, DC. This position includes receptionaist and administrative support to overall program efforts.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide receptionist duties, including answering the telephone, making photocopies, and printing case files.
    • Handle DOE mail, including incoming and outgoing mail (such as, certified mail) and retrieving and dropping off mail.
    • Draft acknowledgement letters and interim response letters.
    • Schedule conference calls (including audio-conferencing) and reserve conference rooms.
    • Maintain office supplies as needed (including purchasing supplies from the supply store).
    • Discard burn bags.
    • Upload records into FOIAXpress.
    • Deliver case files to GC or SMEs.
    • Provide IT support (such as, creating charts, spreadsheets, and presentations).
    • Prepare monthly attendance logs.
    • Review closure checklists.
    • Provide additional administrative duties as needed.

    DELIVERABLES :

    1. Provide weekly status of interim responses
    2. Keep staff informed of inquiries pertaining to MA-46

    The contractor shall support any other specific tasks as needed, including : acquisition support, policy development, statistics and general administrative services.  The task descriptions and level of effort will be determined at the point of request.

      PERFORMANCE MEASURES FOR EACH TASK AREA :

     Completeness: Contractor will provide 100% of all services and deliverables identified in the statement of work (and requested in an authorized work order) in a complete manner.

    Quality of work:

    Contractor demonstrates 100% commitment to quality in assisting customers  

    Timeliness: One hundred percent of all deliverables are delivered on time

    Accuracy of data/information in reports:

     No deliverable is rejected for inaccurate data or documentation
